Privacy
The contact form collects your name, your e-mail address and your message, solely to reply to your request. This data is neither sold nor used for advertising. It is passed on to the artist by a message-delivery provider (EmailJS) and kept for no more than 12 months after the last exchange.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data via the contact form, and you may contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies: it only stores your display preferences (theme, language) on your device and may cache pages so it loads faster or works offline.
Buying an artwork
The artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces, sold directly by the artist on an occasional basis, as a private individual. The site offers no online payment: to purchase a work, write to the artist via the contact form.
The sale is concluded once you have confirmed your agreement in writing on the artwork, the price (in euros, net — the artist is not subject to VAT) and the delivery arrangements. Payment is made by bank transfer or cheque before the artwork is handed over.
The work is collected in Montreuil-aux-Lions or shipped by the artist, carefully packaged, at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed. On receipt, check its condition and report any damage within 48 hours with photographs.
The purchase covers the physical object: the artist retains her copyright, and any reproduction or distribution of the artwork requires her written consent. Should any difficulty arise, we first seek an amicable solution; French law applies.
